The Rehab Specialist manages housing rehabilitation projects for Rondo CLT, ensuring compliance with funding and regulatory requirements. This role coordinates construction activities to improve owner-occupied homes, acquisition rehabs, and portfolio properties.
The Housing Specialist supports Rondo CLT's residential housing programs by qualifying candidates, leading workshops, managing documents, collaborating with partners, and engaging the community to grow affordable housing initiatives. This role also provides post-close stewardship and supports the Housing and Compliance Manager.
The Rehab Specialist assist Rondo CLT’s Residential Housing Programs. The overall goal of this position is to support systems and processes. This role focuses on managing and overseeing housing rehabilitation projects funded by grants (e.g., HUD, MN Housing). The Rehab Specialist ensures compliance with all relevant funding and regulatory requirements while coordinating construction activities to improve owner-occupied homes, acquisition rehabs, and other properties in the portfolio.
