Attending a Rondo CLT Orientation is the first step in the application process.
In the one-hour session you can learn more about Rondo Community Land Trust.
We compare Rondo CLT Homeownership to renting and to non-CLT homeownership. We also provide information on our homeownership programs, what is available at the time, eligibility and how to apply.
